Once you have cleared immigration in Terminal 3, head left from the large Louis Vuitton store in front of you. Eventually, you’ll see escalators going up with a sign for lounges.
On the top level, the SATS Premier Lounge will be on your right after a short walk. This area is close to gates A1-A8.
